I build spaces for women, especially mums and women in business, to feel more confident, more connected, and less alone as they figure out life, business, and everything in between.
I’m a social media coach and community builder based in New Zealand, but more than that, I’m someone who has spent the last decade creating spaces where women can show up as they are, and grow from there.
What started as sharing my life online in 2016 has grown into something much bigger.
Over the years, I’ve built online spaces that support women through different stages of life and business; from early motherhood and connection, through to building confidence and momentum in business.
What began as Raising Ziggy, a space for honest storytelling, evolved into Embassy, an online community where women could feel supported, connected, and less alone.
As that community grew, so did the needs within it. More and more women were building businesses and looking for support to show up online with clarity and confidence.
That’s where my work expanded.
Today, I support women through a connected ecosystem:

Each space exists for a different stage — but all are built on the same foundation:
Helping women feel less alone, more capable, and supported as they build lives and businesses that work for them.
This didn’t start as a business. It started as a need. A need for connection. For honesty. For a space where things didn’t have to look perfect all the time.
I’ve been building online communities for women in New Zealand for nearly a decade now, here’s a little peek into howit all began.
The Beginning
Born in Rawene Hospital on July 30th, 1985, the first 17 years of my life were spent in Hōreke, a small community on the southern banks of the Hokianga Harbour.
At 16, I spent 5 months in Tokyo on exchange, and in a computer class there, I found myself on Livejournal. That was my first glimpse into the power of online communities — something that would shape everything I’ve built since.
(Years later, that same internet world is how AJ and I met, on Bebo.)
Motherhood & Sharing
After 8 years together, AJ and I became parents. Ziggy was born in 2015.
By 2016, I was sharing our life online — blogging on Facebook as Raising Ziggy.
Embassy was born in 2018 — a shift from one-way sharing to real connection.
What started as a Facebook group became something much bigger.

Growth & Grounding.
Covid hit — and like many, people were searching for connection. Embassy grew quickly.
Around the same time, AJ and I got married and moved home to Northland — stepping into a new season of life.
We’ve since reconnected deeply with our māoritanga, studying through Te Wānanga ō Aotearoa, with that grounding flowing into our work and life and my mahi has continued to evolve.
Social media has been part of my world since I was 15.
And through all of this, one thing has stayed clear:
Women in business don’t struggle because they’re not capable.
They struggle because they’re doing it alone.
No clarity. No support. Too much sitting in their heads.
Embassy was the beginning — a place to bring women together.
Now, that has grown into something bigger.
What I've Built
In the beginning, Embassy was the way to bring us all together.
Today, I support women through social media coaching, workshops, and community.
Not one space — but a few, each supporting a different part of the journey:
